What this service is

Tidal Wallet is a self-custody wallet. Your money moves only with this device's keys, and T54 Labs Inc. (a Delaware, U.S. corporation, "T54"), which makes the app, does not receive, store or recover your seed or lock passphrase.

T54 is not a bank, broker or exchange, and holds no deposits.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter a contract.

What is yours to do

Backing up the seed and securing the device are yours to do. A lost seed cannot be recovered.

Check the selected XRPL network and the destination address before you act. A signed transaction cannot be undone.

Agent payments

Agent payments happen only within the budgets and limits you approve, and you can revoke an agent's authority at any time.

Payments made within rules you approved are treated as made at your direction — except for problems caused by a defect in T54's own software.

Networks

Mainnet transactions move real assets. Testnet assets have no real value and can disappear when the network resets. The same address can exist on both networks, and a Testnet balance is not a Mainnet balance.

Warranties and limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are disclaimed, and T54 is not responsible for losses caused by things outside its control, such as ledger network delays or outages.

Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence is unaffected.

Risk disclosure

The value of digital assets can swing sharply, and you can lose some or all of it. XRPL signatures cannot be undone, and assets sent to a wrong address or a lost seed cannot be recovered by T54 or the network.

T54 is not a bank; no deposit insurance or government guarantee applies. Because this is a self-custody wallet, no institution can recover a loss for you.

Agents pay automatically within the budgets and limits you approve. If an agent malfunctions or is manipulated, it can make a payment you did not intend even within the rules you approved, and that payment cannot be undone either. Third parties such as the gateway or the sites you connect to can also fail or be compromised.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the app tells you before they take effect and shows the effective date. This page shows the date it was last updated.
