Deleting your account and service data

What gets deleted and what stays

These are three separate things. Doing one does not do the others.

  • Service records — enrollment, device and session data, and approve/revoke records. These are what this request covers.
  • Data on your device — erased from inside the app. See "Erasing data on your device" below.
  • Public ledger records — transactions recorded on the XRP Ledger cannot be erased by T54.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@t54.ai. Including the details below makes verification faster.

Never send your seed, private key or lock passphrase. You never need to send a transaction to make a request.

  • The network you used (Mainnet, Testnet, or both)
  • Your public wallet address
  • Roughly when you used the service
  • An email address for the reply

Verifying it is your wallet

A wallet address or an email address alone is not proof that you control the wallet, so we confirm control before acting on a request.

Verification uses a signed, domain-bound, expiring challenge or an authenticated session in the app. We describe the exact method in our reply. It never requires your seed, private key or lock passphrase.

Requests are per network

Mainnet and Testnet service records are kept separately. Deleting one does not delete the other. If you used both, say so in the request.

What happens, and when

The periods below are internal operating targets, not legal deadlines or guarantees. Acknowledgement is not delayed while verification is still in progress.

  • Acknowledgement — we aim to reply within 7 calendar days of receiving the request.
  • Ordinary deletion — we aim to complete it within 30 days of successful verification.
  • Completion notice — what was deleted, and for anything retained, the category, the reason and when it expires.
  • A received request is not by itself evidence that access has stopped or that data has been deleted.

What may be retained

Records that must be kept for security, audit or accounting reasons are retained with restricted access and a review or expiry date. If anything is retained, the completion notice names the category and the reason.

Database backups expire on their own rolling schedule. If a backup has to be restored, deletions recorded after that snapshot are reapplied before service resumes.

Erasing data on your device

In the app, Settings → Privacy & data → "Erase all data on this device" erases everything the app stored here: every wallet vault, the device session and device key, agent records, budget-wallet records and guide marks.

What the server keeps and the public ledger are untouched. Afterwards your seed backup is the only way to restore the wallet, so check that you have it before you erase.

This is separate from a service data deletion request. To have server records removed as well, follow the request steps above.
